The groninger semi-automatic tabletop system allow you to cover the entire filling and closing process. The labworx series uses the same technology, the same processing methods and components as the high-speed groninger cartridge, vial and syringe filling machines. In this way, important insights and data gained during the development process can be quickly and easily scaled up to larger filling volumes and lines.

Focus on precision

When filling liquid medicine products, manufacturers and hospital pharmacies focus on the correct composition of the active ingredients and thus on safety and effectiveness. With the labworx modules, certain critical processes that are otherwise carried out manually, such as filling, can be controlled and automated. This way you are able to achieve a high and consistent level of quality in the end product.

Due to the hygienic design, laminar airflow and compact design, the devices can be safely integrated into a range of containment systems. The modules are set up with a standard batch report, compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, and thus comply with the standard regulations for the production of small quantities.

The new labworx benchtop machine portfolio consists of four standardized modules:

• Filling module with peristaltic pump,
• Filling module with rotary piston pump,
• Stopper setting module and
• Sealing module.

Human Machine Interface

The groninger labworx series has the best control technology and the most sophisticated operator interface of any comparable model in the industry.

• Thanks to the software solution supplied by groninger with an HTML5-based interface, any HTML5-enabled device with the appropriate web browser can be used for operation and visualization
• groninger offers different tablets for this purpose as standard
• A flexible WLAN connection enables the operation and combination of one or more machine modules via a tablet
• All critical in-process parameters are collected
• Batch reports can be generated automatically in PDF format
• A combined batch report of the inline process steps with various machine modules can be set up

Scalability
